WATKINS BRAHMANS USDA INSPECTED FRESH PIKE'S PEAK ROAST

FROM LOCALLY GROWN, PASTURE RAISED CATTLE.  GRASS FED AND GRAIN FINISHED FOR SUPERB FLAVOR!  FLASH FROZEN AND PACKAGED IN INDIVIDUAL CUTS.  ROASTS ARE TYPICALLY 2.5-3.5LBS EACH.

The Pike's Peak Roast is cut from heel of the round area of the calf. You will find this roast is flavorful but needs to be slow cooked/ braised longer than other roasts to get the desired tenderness.
