PEPPERMINT FACIAL SCRUB

Peppermint Facial Scrub is intended to be used at nighttime exfoliator, 2-4 times per week, gently sloughing the week’s buildup off while providing deep moisture.

We’ve formulated our Peppermint Facial Scrub with aloe, peppermint essential oil, non-comdogenic sunflower oil and the finest pumice. Pumice is one of the most gentle exfoliants with it’s super-fine grains. We’ve used sunflower oil due to it’s non-pore clogging properties. Unless you wash your face with soap afterwards, you’ll be left with a very light coating of extra-moisturizing aloe and sunflower oil. Leave this on and forget using your moisturizer afterwards. You’ll be glad you did when you wake up with softer, happier skin in the morning!

Melaleuca is most widely known for its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, which are precisely what we need for our bodies.

Our mask is meant to be used 2-4 nights per week. It is suitable for all skin types.

Frankincense essential oil: studies have shown that Frankincense helps to tone and lift skin, while reducing the appearance of scars and acne. And hey - if it's good enough for baby Jesus, it's good enough for me.

Lavender essential oil: Lavender helps your body produce three of your bodies most powerful antioxidants. Why does this matter? Because your skin needs antioxidants to successfully fight free radical damage from things like smoggy air from those cars we all like to drive.

Made with 7 powerful essential oils, our acne salve is a natural aid in the fight against pimples, zits, blackheads, whiteheads, scars, unsightlies and more.It took me forever to formulate this salve because I had to get just the right mix of essential oils and all-natural base oils.

The base oils had to be non-pore clogging because clogged pores are the main reason we see blemishes in the first place. The essential oils were carefully chosen after hours and hours of research and many not-quite-perfect batches. In the end the winners were:

Melaleuca - chosen primarily for it’s renowned anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties
Lavender - for properties much like Melaleuca, with the added benefit of fighting redness
Clary Sage - chosen for it’s astringent and antiseptic super powers
Eucalyptus - anti-bacterial, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory
Juniper Berry - antiseptic, astringent and may help heal and protect skin
Geranium - promotes blood circulation which encourages new cell growth, helps with hormone balance, eczema and inflammation
Rosemary - anti-inflammatory and antiseptic

CHILDREN'S SKIN SALVE WITH ESSENTIAL OILS

While our original Therapeutic Skin Salve is great for dang near everything, we set out to formulate an all-natural essential-oil based mild salve designed specifically for the youngest skin. It is made of carefully selected essential oils and natural base oils, shea butter, vitamin E and candelillia wax. I chose essential oils of Lavender, Rosemary, Basil, Eucalyptus and Melaleuca (Tea Tree) for their abilities to heal and overcome typical baby and child related skin issues such as redness, diaper rash, bug bites, scratches, scars and more.

To use, apply to skin often, avoiding the eyes. As always, I recommend doing your own research on the ingredients to make sure you are aware. If you’re still unsure about anything, consult with your pediatrician just as you would before putting anything on your baby.
